I built a business that consumed me. Then I built the systems that gave me back.
Over two decades ago I started a dance school in Hendon with no funding, no business plan, and no idea what I was doing. Today MOUVE teaches 1,000+ students every week across 80+ classes, with a team of 25 instructors and a 5.0 Google rating.
I am not teaching theory. I am teaching what I actually did: how to stop operating like a freelancer and start building a scalable brand.
I ran the school for twenty years before I did any of this. Marketing and automation is key.
